Keira Calmwater also known as the“Dawnschild” is the Representative of Mortals for the Parliament of Concordance. Keira is the twin sister of Kaara Calmwater both of whom were Prime rangers born in the Port City of Westport Manor. She has known the four since they were children and used to occasionally adventure with them. (though more often with Jareth and Stallac) While Kaara dated Jareth during her late teens Keira had a crush on local village warrior who had attractions for every other woman in the village. One night he had a friend tell Keira that he was off on a quest to retrieve an ancient sword from a demon shrine to the south so that he might instead spend some time with a rather buxom barbarian lass from the plains. Keira, concerned that he had gone alone bargained her soul to Malcanthet for his safe return. He returned safe as promised (just tired and worn out) and Malcanthet claimed Keira’s soul turning her into a Succubus. As it is not uncommon for rangers to travel through the wilderness for long periods of time her disappearance went quietly unnoticed until her sister (now no longer dating Jareth) captured an imp who had been spying on the Port. The imp traded his knowledge of Keira’s  disappearance for his life and release. Kaara not knowing what to do sought out Abba Gideon. He advised her to go directly to the Figureheads for help. Gideon proposed they send a party after the ranger led by his student prodigy Gunther so they might gather information that could allow the Figureheads to plan a rescue. Jareth, Stallac and Gunther were selected and much to Gideon’s displeasure so was Selene’s apprentice Devon. The four as they have been called by many since they began their planar exploits, not only found Keira but rescued her. She was redeemed at the Bastion of Faith by Abba Gaius and was elevated to the status of Elder for her self sacrifice. She was given the name Dawnschild and was elected to sit on the Parliament of         Concordance to represent Mortals in planar affairs as well as serve the greater good. She fell in love with Jareth during their planar adventures and they are currently a couple. She has developed a strong friendship with the Dragon Queen Aliyeah Dayspring and is considered part of her inner circle along with Ziva David, the Djinn Princess and Lydia Goldaura the Aasimon noble. The “Real Four” as  Ziva calls them tend to vote in line with each other and it is no coincidence the Champions selected by each of the Parliament races they represent include the “other four.” (As Ziva calls them.)
