Kaara Calmwater is Keira’s twin sister. It was at her behest that Jareth first  began to travel the planes to look for her sister Keira. Prior to the evnts of the reality rune, she was a redeemed succubus who once served as Malcanthet’s Lt. until rescued by Jareth and his friends. Kaara fell prey to the same ruse her sister did as she bargained her soul to Malcanthet for her sister’s safe return. Malcanthet already knew Keira had been rescued and happily agreed claiming Kaara’s soul to replace Keira’s. Kaara was later rescued by Jareth and Devon and is now trying to heal at the Bastion of Faith. Jareth used the power of the rune to make it so she never made the bargain with the Queen of Succubi and never endured the suffering followed. she now lives her life as a Planar Ranger. Kaara was in a relationship with Jareth during their teen years. She has known Devon, Stallac and Gunther just as long and considers them friends. Though happy for her sister, Kaara wonders what could have been had she and Jareth remained a couple.
