Emma Heartshiver is the White Dragon Queen. She is as cold and unfeeling as her name suggests. She looks at Devon and his friends as walking snacks and would gladly devour them all if she thought she could get away with it. The most bestial of the Dragon Queens, she is violent and sadistic.
