Character Generation: All players will use HeroLab 5th edition to generate their characters using the Nonstandard 27 point buy system. No stat may be raised above 18 without a racial adjustment. All players must be of good (preferable) or neutral alignment. All players will begin at level 1 with max starting gold to purchase their equipment. Understand this will be a slow leveling campaign with Rules as Written experience awarded and the availability of magic will be less than many previous campaigns. 

Background: Ravenloft is the Domain of Dread and a horror based campaign. The mists transport people to, from and around Ravenloft at their whim. Characters can be from anywhere as long as you can explain why.
