Aliyeah Dayspring is the current Gold Dragon Queen and Queen of Dragons for the Council of Wyrms ruling over all planar dragons. She often assumes the alias of Talisa the bard traveling the planes performing. It was during one of these “adventures” in the planar city of Sigil while disguised as a bard that she met Devon and his friends. Initially she played the role of contact providing them with leads for adventure that furthered the greater good. As she spent more time with them she began to feel a strong connection to Devon and an undeniable chemistry. Aliyeah grew to love the young rogue and began a relationship with him. Eventually she revealed who she really was and brought Devon to Dragon Mountain the seat of the power for the Council of Wyrms. She serves on the Parliament of Concordance as the representative of Dragonkind and has taken Devon as her consort. She appointed him Champion of Dragonkind to act on her behalf in matters concern for the good aligned races. It was Aliyeah who named Devon the 6^th Dragon Highlord and first in 1000 years. Coincidentally the 5^th Dragon High Lord was named by her grandmother. She was also instrumental in the appointments of Stallac and Gunther as it was she who introduced them to Ziva and Lydia repectively.
